1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

​

  • Full Refund Eligibility: To receive a full refund, all booked sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Late Cancellations: If a cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the session start time, no refund will be issued.

  • How to Request a Cancellation & Refund: To cancel a session and request a refund, email us at refundrequest@siemprefilipino.com with your booking details.

2. Refunds for Unsatisfactory Services

We want our learners to have a positive experience. If you are not satisfied with a session, you may request a review by following these steps:

  • Submit your refund request via email to refundrequest@siemprefilipino.com within 48 hours after the session.

  • Provide details about the session, including the date, instructor, and reason for dissatisfaction.

  • We will review the session for discrepancies, including technical issues or service quality concerns.

  • If the issue is validated, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

3. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
